Richard H Gruber
Richard Gruber brings a unique perspective to the arena of community service. With more than 25 years experience as a successful local government manager, administrator, and executive he is able to share the dynamics of relationships with elected officials and the governing boards he served. Add to that experience of more than 15 years as a health care executive serving in the dual roles of community and business development as well as government relations, and five years as a member and President of the Janesville City Council, he can expertly speak to service from both sides of the dais. Over the course of his professional career, he has worked as a member of the Board of Directors of more than twenty not-for-profit community-based organizations. That brings yet another perspective of community service and leadership to the discussion.
